USA Harvest
USA Harvest started with Kentucky Harvest in 1987 and has expanded across the nation over the next few years. They see themselves not as fund-raisers, but food-raisers and their only true measurement of their success is how many hungry people they feed each and every day! Their volunteers pick-up surplus food from restaurants, hospitals and food suppliers and deliver it to missions, soup kitchens and food banks. Their concept is very simple: moving food from people who have too much, to those who have much too little!

Return to Freedom
Return to Freedom rescues wild horses. Their philosophy is that America's wild horses have a right to remain wild and free. Each year thousands of wild horses continue to be removed from their indigenous environment and relocated off public lands and Return to Freedom wants to do everything they can to make sure the relocated bonded horses are allowed to stay within their natural herd groups. In July of 2003, Hilary came to visit the famed wild horse sanctuary Return to Freedom and met Spirit the horse that inspired the Dreamworks animated film. Upon meeting him, Hilary became a little star struck herself. "I had to catch my breath when I saw him," she said. "Oh my God, he's like stunning." Hilary instantly wanted to help and became Return to Freedom's official Youth Ambassador in 2003.
